Start at the Tarnów-Mościce train station and follow the blue bicycle signs through Zbilitowska Góra. After crossing the bridge over Dunajec, continue on the yellow bicycle trail to Wojnicz (attractive wooden buildings). You will next pass the sanctuary of the Virgin Mary in Porąbka Uszewska. From here, you can follow the red bicycle trail to Dębno and see its late-Gothic castle. The yellow trail continues with a steep climb on the Bocheniec hill with a Gothic church, and then to the sanctuary of St. Stanislaus in Szczepanów. To return to Tarnów, follow the red bicycle trail.
